REGRESAR

VISIT OF GERMAN INVESTORS OF THE WINERY CICLO ANDINO

We received at the Consulate the visit of Mr. Jens Reichenbach (owner) and Mr. Jonas and Jannik Reichenbach (general managers) of the winery Ciclo Andino.

Ciclo Andino is a private initiative in the wine and tourism sectors in the province of Mendoza, Argentina. Its main purpose is the production of premium wines, especially Malbec, as well as the integration of viticulture with the tourist and gastronomic offer of the Andean region, combining the local winemaking tradition with an innovative and sustainable business approach, aimed at both the domestic and international markets.

In the framework of the meeting, the founders of Ciclo Andino visited our facilities and informed that the aforementioned project was launched three years ago. During this time they have been consolidating both the wine production and the tourist infrastructure, with the aim of turning the winery into a competitive company and positioning it in higher value-added markets.

The vineyards are located in the Perdriel region (Luján de Cuyo, Mendoza) and have centenary vines, which reflects the long winemaking tradition of the region and is the basis for the excellence of the wines produced. The entire process is oriented towards sustainability and added value, guaranteeing a differentiated product for both the local and international markets.

In parallel, Ciclo Andino has developed a tourism component that includes wine tastings, guided tours, lodging at the facilities and gastronomic experiences, combining wine culture with hospitality. This combination of viticulture and tourism contributes to the strengthening of wine tourism in the region, local economic development and employment generation in Mendoza, consolidating the winery as a benchmark of quality and wine tourism experience in the area.

We thank them for their visit and wish them great success in their initiative.
