According to the World Tourism Organization (WTO), tourism has become one of the main economic activities and a sector of sustained growth in terms of foreign currency income, stimulus for investments in infrastructure and job creation.
For the Republic of Argentina, the income derived from international tourism has positioned this activity as one of the five leading sectors for the export of goods and services.
Therefore, in order to optimize the promotion of Argentina's tourism offer in foreign markets, cooperation mechanisms have been implemented between the Foreign Ministry and the Ministry of Tourism.
