ARGENTINE DAY AT THE CONSULATE

On May 11, Argentine Day was celebrated, an event attended by more than 80 representatives from import companies, business leaders, key figures, and local institutions responsible for promoting the commercial, industrial, culinary, and investment sectors.

Promotion of Argentine culinary products

The industry event was organized in partnership with DAT Tripodi, a well-established company based in the city of Cologne that imports and distributes Argentine products in Germany, Spain, and throughout Europe.

Lucas Dalla Torre of Lui Wines and Ángel García of Tierra de Campeones were present to showcase their products.

The event was also sponsored by and featured the participation of Hilbing Gin, Black Ranch, Siete Cuatro Seis vermouth, Arytza, and Fuegos del Norte.

Promotion of Cultural and Creative Industries

The celebration featured the performance exhibition “Tensaria, Materia en Travesía,” showcasing ten designs by Tucumán-based designer Juana Montoya, highlighting the creativity of contemporary textile design, sustainable production, and the strengthening of regional value chains.

Argentine artist Celeste Palacios, who resides in the city of Cologne, exhibited five works from the series “Puente hacia lo alto,” pieces inspired by indigenous elements of our lands and a reinterpretation of Argentina’s indigenous culture.

We extend our special thanks to all the sponsors, artists, staff, and participants for this wonderful Argentine Day in Bonn.
